Crispy Cheesy Chicken Ranch Patties are delicious and easy-to-make chicken patties packed with flavor and perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the mixture.
- Serve the patties on a bun with lettuce and tomato for a delicious chicken sandwich.
