Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
