Description

A healthy and delicious snack recipe for crispy cottage cheese chips that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and place small mounds on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Serve as a snack or appetizer. Enjoy your crispy cottage cheese chips!

Notes

  • For added flavor, try mixing in some chopped herbs like chives or parsley.
  • You can also experiment with different types of cheese, such as mozzarella or pepper jack, for a unique twist.
