Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and place small mounds on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
