Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until the cranberries are well coated.
  3. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Add the melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
