Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the Brussels sprouts, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
