Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Cookie Dough:
    • Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
    • Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
    • Gradually add flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
    • Fold in crushed graham crackers.
