  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, and toasted sesame seeds. Toss well to mix the vegetables evenly.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all the vegetables are coated evenly.
