Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
