A quick and easy recipe for a delicious crustless tuna quiche that is perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the tuna, cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
- Allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped bell peppers or mushrooms.
- You can substitute the cheddar cheese with feta or mozzarella for a different taste.
