Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 cup cottage cheese

- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into long, thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous layer of the cottage cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Place a few cucumber strips on top of the cottage cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from one end and tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice each wrap into bite-sized pieces.
