Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding (prepared)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of chocolate pudding on the bottom.
  4. Place 3 lasagna noodles over the pudding layer.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the caramel sauce, half of the chopped pecans, and half of the whipped topping.
  6. Add another layer of chocolate pudding over the whipped topping, then place the remaining 3 lasagna noodles on top.
  7. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ricotta mixture, caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and whipped topping.
  8. Finish with a final layer of chocolate pudding and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
