Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate pudding (prepared)
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of chocolate pudding on the bottom.
- Place 3 lasagna noodles over the pudding layer.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the caramel sauce, half of the chopped pecans, and half of the whipped topping.
- Add another layer of chocolate pudding over the whipped topping, then place the remaining 3 lasagna noodles on top.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining ricotta mixture, caramel sauce, chopped pecans, and whipped topping.
- Finish with a final layer of chocolate pudding and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the entire lasagna.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set.
