Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix; lumps are fine).
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  6. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look set (about 2–3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
  8. Stack the pancakes, top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top.
