Description

Decadent Turtle Lush is a rich and creamy dessert layered with chocolate pudding, cream cheese, and topped with caramel and nuts, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the chocolate pudding layer. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and chocolate chips on top.
  5. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
  • You can substitute the pecans with walnuts or almonds for a different nutty flavor.
