Enjoy a fun and festive treat with this Sweet & Crunchy Easter Puff Corn Delight! A no-bake snack that’s light, crispy, and coated in colorful candy melts—perfect for Easter gatherings or a quick sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz) bag of puffcorn
  • 12 oz candy melts in Easter colors (or mix pastels)
  • 2 teaspoons butter-flavored shortening
  • Easter sprinkles (as desired)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Puff Corn
  • Place the puff corn in a large mixing bowl.
  1. Melt the Chocolate
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the candy melts and shortening in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round until completely melted.
  2. Coat the Puff Corn
    • Pour the melted candy mixture over the puff corn and mix thoroughly until all pieces are evenly coated.
    • If using multiple colors, repeat this step separately for each color.
  3. Add the Sprinkles
    • Spread the coated puff corn on wax paper and immediately sprinkle with Easter sprinkles.
  4. Set & Store
    • Let the puff corn sit until the candy coating hardens.
    • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week
