- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

- Add the bok choy, red bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or a dash of red pepper flakes while stir-frying.
- Substitute chicken or tofu for the beef for a different protein option.
