Delicious and easy-to-make Samoa brownies that combine rich chocolate, coconut, and caramel flavors, perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
 - 1 cup caramel sauce
 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
 - Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
 - Fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
 - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
 - Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the brownie batter, using a knife or toothpick to swirl it slightly into the batter.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
 - Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes
- For an extra crunch, add chopped pecans or walnuts to the brownie batter.
 - Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the brownies just before serving for a more decadent treat.
