Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2–3 rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Sauce
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Coat the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Optional: Let the chicken marinate for 15-20 minutes for enhanced flavor.
- Arrange and Bake
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the baking dish.
