Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups half-and-half

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Assemble the Base
- Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the dish.
- Layer with Monterey Jack cheese, ham, and green onions.
