Description

Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the convenience of crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the beef and bacon mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of the roll-ups.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
