Ingredients
- 1 pound cod fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice and dried parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top.
