Ingredients
- 1 pound cod fillets, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
