Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
