Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the flavors of cheeseburgers with the convenience of biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses together.
  4. Take a biscuit from the can and flatten it out in your hand. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
  5. Place the filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
