Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious, cheesy bites filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with a buttery garlic Parmesan mixture.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese to the beef mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
