Golden Garlic Butter:

½ cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon minced garlic

½ teaspoon kosher salt

2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Instructions

Marinate: In a large bowl, combine chicken, buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Breading Prep: Arrange three dishes: flour mixed with cornstarch, salt, and garlic powder; eggs whisked with water; and panko breadcrumbs combined with parmesan cheese.
