Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 pound baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy to the skillet, cut side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Flip the bok choy and pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still vibrant green.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
