- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 lb ground chicken

Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth.
- Add soy sauce, mirin, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and set aside.
- Cook the Broccoli:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Ground Chicken:
- Heat the remaining oil in the skillet.
- Add ground chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes, breaking it into small pieces, until 70–80% cooked.
- Combine with Sauce and Vegetables:
- Add green onions to the chicken and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir well.
- Return broccoli to the skillet and mix until everything is coated.
- Add frozen peas and cook for another 2–3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.
- Serve:
- Serve hot with rice, noodles, or as a standalone dish.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions, if desired.
