Instructions

  • Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth.
    • Add soy sauce, mirin, honey, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and set aside.
  • Cook the Broccoli:
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook the Ground Chicken:
    • Heat the remaining oil in the skillet.
    • Add ground chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes, breaking it into small pieces, until 70–80% cooked.
  • Combine with Sauce and Vegetables:
    • Add green onions to the chicken and sauté for 1 minute.
    • Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir well.
    • Return broccoli to the skillet and mix until everything is coated.
    • Add frozen peas and cook for another 2–3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.
  • Serve:
    • Serve hot with rice, noodles, or as a standalone dish.
    • Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions, if desired.
