Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Additional crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Add the crushed Oreo cookies, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips (if using) to the mixture. Carefully fold until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups. Top with additional crushed Oreos for garnish.
