Description

Deliciously rich and decadent brownies topped with a creamy cheesecake layer and drizzled with caramel, featuring chunks of Milky Way bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Milky Way bars, chopped (about 4 bars)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped Milky Way bars until evenly distributed. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cream cheese into the brownies gently.
  8. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For an extra indulgent treat, try adding a layer of crushed nuts or toffee bits on top before baking.
  • You can substitute the Milky Way bars with your favorite candy bars for a different flavor profile.
