Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the zucchini evenly.
  4. Add the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately.
