Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sliced zucchini and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the zucchini evenly.
- Add the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately.
