Description

A delicious and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of Snickers bars and ice cream in a cake form.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 4 bars)
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
  4. Once the crust is cool, spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust. Freeze for about 1 hour until slightly firm.
  5. Remove the cake from the freezer and sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars evenly over the ice cream layer. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
  6. Return the cake to the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of chocolate and caramel sauce if desired.
