Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and caramelized.
- If using, drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.
