Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger (if using) until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
