Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and honey. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized, and the bacon is crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Toss gently to combine.
