Ingredients

The Ultimate Slider Base

  • 5 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced

Creamy & Spicy Layers

  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • ⅓ cup sliced pepperoncini
  • ⅓ cup sliced pickled hot cherry peppers

Buttery Italian Glaze

  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Optional for Dipping

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Build the Sliders

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Lay the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet or pan.
  3. Layer on ham, then salami, followed by pepperoni, and finish with provolone cheese.
  4. Evenly distribute the sliced hot cherry peppers and pepperoncini.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Buttery Glaze

  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic.
  2. Mix thoroughly and brush generously over the top of the sliders, ensuring even coverage.

Step 3: Bake to Perfection

  1. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Step 4: Enjoy with Marinara

  1. For an extra burst of flavor, serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, uncover the sliders for the last 5 minutes of baking.
