Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the chopped lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
