Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add the chopped lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
