Ingredients
For the Filling
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles (mild or medium)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly
- 1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Arrange tortilla chips on the baking sheet, cup side up.
Step 2: Mix the Filling
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir until fully mixed and smooth.
Step 3: Fill & Top
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling into each tortilla chip.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, until the tops are golden and cheese is bubbling.
