Ingredients
- 2 medium heads of green cabbage, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Add the cabbage wedges to the bowl and toss them in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the cabbage wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Pour the vegetable broth around the cabbage on the baking sheet, ensuring the broth does not pour directly over the cabbage.
- Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cabbage.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the cheese is golden brown.
