Ingredients
- 24 Peppermint Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 cup peppermint candies, crushed (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Peppermint Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
