Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow the quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
