Description

A delicious twist on traditional pasta, this Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta combines fettuccine with ground beef, crispy bacon, and a creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Gradually add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine and crispy bacon to the cheese sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and diced tomatoes.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option, and use low-fat cheese to reduce calories.
