Description

A delicious Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito filled with ground beef, crispy bacon, and a creamy cheese sauce, perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the creamy sauce.
  4. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of the creamy sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Divide the cooked ground beef evenly between the two tortillas. Top with chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomato.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito.
  7. Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Slice the burritos in half and drizzle with any remaining creamy sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, and use low-fat cheese and sour cream to reduce calories.
