Description
A delicious Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito filled with ground beef, crispy bacon, and a creamy cheese sauce, perfect for dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the creamy sauce.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of the creamy sauce on each tortilla.
- Divide the cooked ground beef evenly between the two tortillas. Top with chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomato.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito.
- Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the burritos in half and drizzle with any remaining creamy sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
- Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, and use low-fat cheese and sour cream to reduce calories.
