Ingredients
- 2 large croissants
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives, chopped (optional, for garnish)

- On the bottom half of each croissant, layer a slice of bacon, a generous scoop of scrambled eggs, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Place the top half of the croissant over the filling and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissant is warm.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped chives if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute the bacon with sautéed spinach or mushrooms.
- Add sliced avocado or tomato for extra flavor and nutrition.
