Ingredients
- 2 medium heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the roasted cauliflower with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, try adding a tablespoon of tahini to the olive oil mixture before tossing with the cauliflower.
- For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
