Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, dry minced onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
