Description
This Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken lives up to its name with a rich, creamy topping that bakes into golden perfection. Made with pantry staples like mayo (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan, and spices, it’s a fuss-free, flavor-loaded dinner the whole family will crave.
Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
-
1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tablespoon dry minced onion
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 tablespoon dried parsley
-
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
-
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, dry minced onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
-
If the chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half lengthwise for more even cooking. Lay them flat in the prepared baking dish.
-
Generously spoon the mayo-cheese mixture over each piece of chicken, making sure to coat them fully.
-
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
-
Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite veggies, potatoes, or a simple salad.
