A delightful and easy-to-make No Bake Banana Split Cake perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture, followed by the crushed pineapple.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the pineapple.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the strawberries, then spread the remaining whipped topping over the entire cake.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired, and garnish with maraschino cherries.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, use chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
- Add a layer of your favorite ice cream on top of the whipped topping for an extra indulgent treat.
