Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake that combines the classic flavors of a banana split in a creamy cheesecake form.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Layer the sliced bananas and crushed pineapple on top. Pour half of the chocolate syrup over the fruit.
  5. Add the remaining cheesecake mixture on top of the fruit layer, smoothing it out with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Before serving, drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup over the cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Top with maraschino cherries for garnish.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder to the cheesecake mixture or use chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
  • To make it more tropical, substitute the crushed pineapple with diced mango or strawberries.
