Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake that combines the flavors of a classic banana split in a creamy cheesecake form.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Layer the sliced bananas and crushed pineapple on top. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over the fruit layer and smooth the top.
  5. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Before serving, top the cheesecake with sliced strawberries, chocolate syrup, and chopped walnuts if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture or use chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
  • You can substitute the fruit toppings with your favorites, such as blueberries or raspberries, for a different flavor profile.
