Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 package (14.1 oz) Biscoff cookies
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- In another bowl, pour the milk. Quickly dip each Biscoff cookie into the milk for about 1 second, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
- In a 9×9 inch dish, layer half of the dipped Biscoff cookies on the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies, then drizzle half of the Biscoff spread on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, cream cheese mixture, and Biscoff spread.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate shavings or chips on top for garnish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
