Description

A quick and tasty no-bake dessert featuring layers of Biscoff cookie spread and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Biscoff cookie spread to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. In a 9×9 inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Biscoff cookies on the bottom.
  6. Spread half of the Biscoff cream mixture over the crushed cookies.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining crushed cookies and Biscoff cream mixture.
  8. If desired, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

  • For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder to the Biscoff mixture or layer with chocolate cookies instead of Biscoff.
