Description
A quick and tasty no-bake dessert featuring layers of Biscoff cookie spread and whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Biscoff cookie spread to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until fully incorporated.
- In a 9×9 inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed Biscoff cookies on the bottom.
- Spread half of the Biscoff cream mixture over the crushed cookies.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining crushed cookies and Biscoff cream mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder to the Biscoff mixture or layer with chocolate cookies instead of Biscoff.
- Substitute the Biscoff cookie spread with any other cookie spread, such as Nutella or peanut butter, for a different flavor profile.
