Description

A delicious and easy-to-make No-Bake Cookie Lasagna that layers chocolate sandwich cookies, cream cheese, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping for a heavenly dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the cookie crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
  4. Top the pudding layer with the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping, smoothing it out to cover completely. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow the layers to set.
  6. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, substitute the chocolate sandwich cookies with vanilla cookies and use vanilla pudding instead.
